LATE POLICY

At WILDFLOWER SKIN AND WAX, we value your time and want you to get the most out of your appointment with us. If you are running late, please let your provider know as soon as possible. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, there is a possibility you won't receive your full service or your appointment may need to be cancelled, resulting in a cancellation fee. Please give yourself plenty of time to get to us and find parking so that you can enjoy your full service.

CANCELATIONS AND NO SHOW

We understand that life happens and schedules change. Please note that each individual business within our company has their own policies regarding last minute cancelations and no shows. It is important that you refer to your provider for their specific policies so that we can continue to provide excellent service to all of our clients.

CELL PHONES

We want your experience to be as relaxing and rejuvenating as possible. With that in mind, we kindly ask that you silence your phone during your visit, as we do for all of our clients. Our staff is committed to providing a peaceful environment, so please consider taking any phone calls or FaceTime calls outside. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping everyone enjoy a calming and stress-free experience.

CHILDREN

We want to ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all of our clients. As such, we kindly ask that children under the age of 12 be left at home during appointments. This is to ensure the safety and enjoyment of both you, your child, and our other clients.
